Dr. Almuhtadi is an assistant professor of Nutrition and Behavior Change at the Department of
Community Health Sciences, College of Applied Medical Sciences at King Saud University. Dr. Yara is also the Head of Awareness team of the National Nutrition Committee at Saudi Food & Drug Authority. Dr. Almuhtadi’s research interests involve obesity management, behavior change and program evaluation.
